Since 1986 Debra Nardy brings years of experience in the real estate and construction industry in the South Metro Atlanta area to assist buyers in making educated decisions regarding new home investments.
Debra and her husband, Claude, started their construction company in 1984, building starter homes in Clayton County. In 1986, Debra was licensed as a Realtor in Georgia working for Willoughby & Co. Realty, Inc. in Jonesboro, with focus on new home sales in Clayton and Henry Counties.
She proceeded to maintain a career in both construction and sales through the fall of 1987, when she and Claude had their first son, Nicholas. The construction company continued to build homes that got "bigger and better" while Debra took a leave of absence from the Sales Arena until after second son, David, was born.
In the fall of 1994, both boys went to school, so Debra once again hit the streets of Henry County. This time concentrating on more upscale home sales in the Eagle's Landing area. She worked as an on-site representative at the Villages at Eagle's Landing and also listed and sold homes in Windsong and the Eagle's Landing Country Club Community. The following calendar year, Debra quickly escalated up the ladder earning the title of Million Dollar Agent with 1.5 million dollars of sales volume.
In the fall of 1996, Debra moved her license to Eagle's Landing Sales Center where she was head of the Real Estate Sales Division until she was offered the opportunity to market Henry County's newest high-quality neighborhood, Westminster Country Estates. in the summer of 1998, Debra opened her very own real estate brokerage company, HomeTeam Realtors, Inc. Debra continued to provide optimum service for her clients. Based on that success, she has joined forces with Harry Norman, Realtors in McDonough. Debra's stamina for the industry has helped to place her in the top 10% of Henry County's Realtors.
In the calendar year of 1995, she earned the Atlanta Board of Realtors, 1.5 Million-Dollar Award. in the years of 1997 and 1998, Debra earned the Two Million-Dollar Club award for the South Metro Association of Realtors. In 1999, Debra finally broke the 3-Million Dollar hurdle. She works efficiently and diligently to provide the expertise that comes with years of experience. In the calendar year of 2000, Debra closed over 4.5 Million Dollars of real estate in Henry County.

Job Duties: Independent contractor position as sales agent,specializing in new construction and luxury home markets. Have also assisted in training support staff for McDonough office by designing, listing, and closing plans and supervising execution of such plans. Served as sales manager over 4 subdivisons in 2005. All new community startups, with tasks that included designing, ordering and supervising installation of signage, collateral material, tracking and sales reports. Coordinated communication between onsite sales personnel and builder/developers. Assisted in hiring and placement of onsite sales agents. Assisted in training onsite sales agents. Database management for resale and new home markets.
